The International conference meeting "Innovative Development and Human Resources of the social and youth work area"

The aims of the conference are to bring together researchers and practitioners in youth research and youth and social work in Russia and other European countries.

Various youth and social issues, practices, and technology to work with young people, national, regional and municipal youth policy will be the themes of the conference. Interdisciplinary approach to youth and youth policy is welcome.

Conference organizers:
• Government of St. Petersburg (the Committee of Science and Higher Education, Youth Policy Committee)
• St. Petersburg State University of Technology and Design
• Association of Youth Workers
• Organization "Young Europe"

Key topics for the working groups and round tables:
- Development of the system of social services;
- Promoting adaptation to work and employment of young people;
- Innovative forms of social work with diverse populations;
- Human Development and Social Services
- The rural youth and youth of small towns and villages: position, trends, challenges, technologies of social work;
- National and regional reports / studies of youth;
- Youth movements, associations, subcultures, solidarity, scenes;
- Youth crime and extremism: causes, prevention, work with offenders;
- Youth participation;
- Tolerance, cross-cultural, religious, ethnic relations and identity;
- Youth Social Work;
- Youth work and education;
etc.

Working language: Russian,
individual / small group interpretation from/into English, German is necessary

Remote (extramural, correspondence) participation (only the publication of the abstract: 3-4 pages) is also possible, but the participant must pay a fee for sending postage

Participation is free. The Russian side pays handicraft materials and coffee breaks.
Participants pay for food and accommodation.
