Publication fee

o The publication fee is 8 USD per page (approximately 1500 characters including spaces).
o Those authors who come back to publish their materials receive 10% discount.
o Authors whose citation index is more than 1000 according to the data provided by the Russian Science Citation Index or Scopus are published free of charge (*the delivery is a subject to a separate fee).

The delivery of the journal is carried by international post.

The publication fee is calculated after the material has been accepted, and the receipt will be sent by email.
