III International Youth Research Conference on Informatics and ICT "INFO-expert"-2017

The conference is held in the framework of the activities of the Federal educational-methodical Association in the system of higher education in the enlarged group of specialties and areas of training 02.00.00 "Computer and information Sciences".

To participate in the conference are invited sudents of schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, colleges and other educational institutions who want to share the results of research activity and , exchange of experience of its the results of research and experimental work in the field of Informatics, ICT, as well as in other areas of activity are widely using ICT, who reside on the territory of Russia, CIS and far abroad.

Conference Objectives and Goals:
the search and support of pupils and students who want to improve their knowledge in the field of computer science and ICT, inclined to scientific work, develop their creative potential in this field;
the formation of positive motivation of pupils and students to increase their level of information-technological competence, constracrive creation and desire to achieve socially beneficial results;
the analysis of individual perception of students of knowledge in computer science and ICT, which are formed by different methods, according to various training programs in different types of educational institutions;
attracting public attention to the current problems of the study of computer science and ICT in education, to the opportunities and prospects for development of education system in the information society;
establishing international cooperation of a number of educational institutions of Russia and the CIS , neighboring and foreign countries; exchange of knowledge and experience of pupils and students at the international level in the framework of the discussion of works submitted to the conference;
broadening the base of empirical evidence of the use of knowledge and skills in computer science and ICT in the process of studying different disciplines by pupils and students.

Directions of the conference work:
«Computer science – IT first steps in science» — project and research works of pupils of 1-4 grades;
«Computer science – IT – start» — project and research works of pupils of 5-8 grades;
«Computer science – IT – junior» — project and research works of pupils of 9-11 grades and students of 1-2 courses SVE;
«Computer science – IT – expert» — research works of students of higher and secondary professional educational institutions.

Forms of participation in the conference:
full-time participation - personal presence of a pupils and students with a report on April 20-21, 2017 on the breakout session (10-15 minutes) with the placement of competitive work on the website of the International Scientific Festival "INFO-expert";
correspondence participation: placement of a competitive work on the website of the the International Scientific Festival "INFO-expert".

Conditions of participation
All participants of International Youth Research Conference have to:
register on the website of the International Scientific Festival "INFO-expert" http://olimp.oit.cmc.msu.ru;
pay the registration fee for participation in the conference, which is 500 Russian rubles per one submitted work (in case of several co-authors the registration fee does not change). The registration fee is transferred to the account of Yelets State University of Bunin. To clarify the method of payment, please send an e-mail: fosscenter-48@yandex.ru; upload your competitive work to the conference website http://olimp.oit.cmc.msu.ru/index.php/CONFSCHOOL2016/Conf2017, attach additional files with a scanned receipt of payment. The text should be provided in the format .odt (other formats: .odp, .doc .docx, .ppt, .pdf).

Presentation of work for publication on the website: article, report, presentation, guidelines.

Accepting applications and contest works is until 15 April 2017.

Date of face-to-face conference stage: April 20-21, 2017.

Location: Russian Federation, Lipetsk region, Yelets, FSBEI of HE "Yelets State University of Bunin", AB-15, AB-16.

Presentation of submitted works will take place on the day of the Festival in the framework of III International Youth Research Conference on Informatics and ICT "INFO-expert"-2017.

Authors of the best works submitted to the conference will be awarded with diplomas of I, II, III degree of III International Youth Research Conference on Informatics and ICT "INFO-expert"-2017.

The best pupils and students works will be selected based on the decision of the expert group of the Conference, which includes leading scientists, teachers and methodologists in the field of Informatics and ICT.
All submitted works of pupils and students will be available on the conference website http://olimp.oit.cmc.msu.ru.

It is planned to publish the best research works of pupils and students. All publications will be indexed in the system of Russian Science Citation Index RISC with placing in full-text format on the website of the Scientific Electronic Library eLIBRARY.RU.
