We invite scientists, master’s and doctoral students.
Based on the results of the conference, a collection of scientific papers will be published with the international ISBN index. The participants will be awarded by certificates!

The cost of one publication (Kazakhstan) is 3000 KZT
(The cost of one publication to participants from foreign countries - 15 USD).

PAYMENT ACCOUNT WILL BE SENT AFTER THE RECEPTION OF THE ARTICLE !!!
The electronic version of materials of the conference and the certificate of the participant will be sent to the author's email address (free of charge).
To receive a paper version by post, an additional payment is required - 1500 KZT (to participants from foreign countries depends on distance)

Each participant can submit only one article as the first author and be a co-author in no more than two articles. The organizing committee and editorial board of conference have the right to select the materials sent only by the rules. Materials should be sent before January 28 2018, and the articles sent later will not be accepted for consideration. The authors are responsible for the content of the materials, and they will be published in the author's edition.
Conference languages: To the publication articles in the Kazakh, Russian and English languages are accepted.

After receiving from the conference participants the application form and materials for publication, will be sent the invitations and the Conference Program.

Terms and conditions
Each participant can submit only one article as the first author and be a co-author in no more than two articles. The text is typed in the Word editor (doc format, RTF), font Times New Roman, size 14, with single line spacing, paragraph indent 1.0 cm, margins: top, bottom, left, right 2.0 cm., UDC, The name and the initials of the authors are named after the interval in the center. Below in the center is the full name of the organization, city, country, e-mail address.
There is through the interval after the name of the institution is an abstract (not less than 250 words) and keywords (5-7 words) in the language of the article. The text of the reports begins through an interval after the keywords.
The main text should include an introduction, materials and methods, results, conclusions and a list of sources used according to the standard.
Pictures and graphics should be in black and white and clear. The bibliography is given after the main text as it is mentioned in the text by the ordinal number in square brackets.
After the list of references, there should be the title of the article and the full name of the authors, and the full name of the organization, city, country, brief annotation and key words in English.
The total size of the article is up to 4 pages. Pages should not be numbered.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject articles received after the deadline, inconsistent with the content of the conference topic and issued in violation of the requirements (Annexes 1-2).
The file of the submitted publication should be named after the first author.
