1st International Conference «Traditional and Renewable Energy Sources: perspectives and paradigms for the 21st century»

The 1st International Conference aims at bringing together researchers and stakeholders from the fields of energy economics and policy, sustainable development, renewable and traditional energy sources, earth sciences, energy research and social sciences, as well as policy-makers responsible for the creation and maintenance of the sets of rules for the future sustainable development and growth.

The conference will offer a wide range of keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster presentations, as well as round tables and workshops. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held in on-line format.

The materials from the conference will be published in the Web of Conferences proceedings (indexed in Scopus). Web of Conferences is committed to the highest standards of publishing integrity and academic honesty. We encourage all the potential authors to check its Publishing Policies & Ethics before submitting their manuscripts.


Moreover, the authors of the best selected papers will be offered an opportunity to submit their manuscripts to the Special Issue of Climate journal (indexed in Scopus and ESCI Web of Science). Please find more information on the SI here.

Guidelines for papers: All papers should be original and plagiarism-free (the fact will be checked using anti-plagiarism software). Please download the paper template below.


The accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings. All papers will be peer-reviewed by independent reviewers (double blind peer-review). The Conference organizers reserve the right not to accept any paper for publication in the Conference Book of Proceedings in case it does not meet the formal criteria or does not pass the peer review.

Conference fee: 300 EUR

Deadline for complete paper submission: 10th of February 2021
