International Conference «Electronic Governance and Open Society: Challenges in Eurasia» (EGOSE-2015)

The EGOSE 2015 aims to address the main issues of concern within the Information Society, e-government, e-governance, and e-democracy. The Conference provides a platform for networking and collaboration of eGovernance experts in CIS Countries and whole Eurasian area.
The EGOSE 2015 Conference invites paper submissions and speakers on all topics related to e-Governance Open Society perspective with special focus on common and specific problems of the CIS countries and the Eurasian region.

Topics of interest will include but are not limited to the following:
- Information Society and eGovernance
- Open Government Prospects
- Participatory Governance
- Open Government Data
- eGovernance and Policy Modelling
- eGovernance and Eurasian Integration
- Social Media: Tools for analysis and impact
- Building Smart City

Among the key speakers at the conference are expected:
- Sharon Dawes, University at Albany (SUNY), USA
- Maria Wimmer, University Koblenz-Landau, Germany
- Oleg Petrov, World Bank, USA

All accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series. All authors will be invited to prepare they papers for publishing in the special issue of the International Journal of Electronic Governance, indexed in Scopus, Inspec, Google Scholar etc. http://www.inderscience.com/ijeg.
English is the language of the EGOSE 2015 conference and of all submissions.
