VI Part-time International Scientific and Practical Conference "Russian-Uzbek Relations: Points of Growth"

VI Correspondence International Scientific and Practical Conference of the series "International Relations: Lessons of History" on the topic "Russian-Uzbek Relations: Points of Growth" in memory of I.A. Karimova is held in absentia with the subsequent publication of a special issue of the electronic journal. Organizer: editorial board of The Newman in Foreign Policy magazine in cooperation with the University administration.


Works and applications for those wishing to participate in the full-time work of the conference on November 13, 2017 at 18-00 (Krasnoyarsk time), 16-00 (time in Urgench), 14-00 (time in Moscow) must be sent: until November 12, 2017 inclusively . Information about the venue of the conference and details of participation will be provided to each delegate by e-mail.
For those who want to take only part-time participation, work can be sent until November 28, 2017 by the time of the formation of the special. issue of the journal.

The conference is held for: students, undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students, young scientists, teachers of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions engaged in research work.

The registration fee for participation in the contest is 500 rubles.
This amount includes:
- processing and layout of text, illustration;
- publication in the magazine "The Newman in Foreign Policy" during 2017 (depending on the occupancy of numbers, but with mandatory publication in 2017);
- receipt of the certificate of the participant (the winner in case of victory) of the competition;
- Creation of a photo collage with the placement on the front page of the magazine of the photo of the author of the contest winner and placement of the interview with him (in agreement with the participant);
- A certificate confirming the publication of materials in electronic form.
The fee is paid for one article (up to 15 pages, possibly in co-authorship and under scientific guidance). Number of received materials to 5 articles from one author.

To participate in the conference, you should:

1. To issue an article in accordance with the technical requirements of the journal, posted in this Regulation;
2. Fill in the application, which you will find in this Regulation;
3. To pay an organizational fee of 500 rubles for participation in the conference;
4. Send to the e-mail newman-studsib@mail.ru the text of the article, application and a copy of the receipt;
5. Get a response from the editorial staff of the magazine.

Conference participants receive a diploma, publication of work in the journal (if necessary, printed and certified by the press), publication of their article in the catalog of the Russian Scientific Citation Index (RINC).

Scientific leaders who take part in the contest, if they wish, receive an electronic version of a letter of thanks.

Specialist. the issue of the magazine will be published in Krasnoyarsk, registered in the catalog of the Union of Youth Media and the National Library on Geopolitics and International Relations at the School of Public Diplomacy of Krasnoyarsk.
Will be distributed by the base of subscribers of the magazine, which is more than 100 000 people.

The ISSN, UDC codes will be assigned to the log. The journal is included in the system "Russian Index of Scientific Citation." The electronic version of the journal is included in the Scientific Electronic Library elibrary.ru.

Applications for participation are accepted by email. mail: newman-studsib@mail.ru. In the reply letter you will receive a notification of receipt and registration of the application. If necessary, you can duplicate the application and article to the additional address PolicentrVPechat@yandex.ru.

Special issue of the journal with all materials of the conference should be officially published before January 1, 2018.
