The 6-8th of October 2021, the FEFU School of Economics and Management conducts the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Entrepreneurship and innovations in the Pacific Rim markets”.
The Conference is intended for the Russian and international communities of scientists, representatives of the research and development sector, representatives of the business community, government authorities and development institutions of the region interested in exchanging views on topical issues of research and practice of entrepreneurship and innovations in the emerging markets of the Pacific Rim.
In 2016-2018, more than 200 university representatives from Russia, China, the United States, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, Iran, and India participated in the Conference.
The working languages of the Conference are Russian and English.


The key topics of the Conference

Development of entrepreneurship in the Far East: institutes and practices.
Entrepreneurship and digital economy development: effective use of new opportunities.
Between safety and risk: Entrepreneurship in the age of uncertainty.
Social capital and entrepreneurship: regional practices.
University ecosystem of entrepreneurship.
Teaching entrepreneurship: whom, what, and how.


Important dates:
Admission of structured abstracts of reports: until June 30, 2021
Notification of the authors about the acceptance of their reports: until July 15, 2021
Registration of the participants: until June 30, 2021
Plenary and section sessions of the Conference: October 6-8, 2021

Publication of the materials
All selected structured abstracts of the reports will be included in the collection of preprints in electronic format (links to the preprint on the Conference website until September 30, 2021) with indexing in the RSCI. The materials that have passed the examination will be published with indexing in the Web of Science or in a special issue of the journal “The Bulletin of the Far Eastern Federal University. Economics and Management” (included on the list of the Higher Attestation Commission).


Absrtact requirements:
The structured abstract of the report should contain the following elements:
1. Title.
2. Summary of the problem statement.
3. Formulation of research questions.
4. Purpose (s) of the study.
5. Research methods.
6. Results of the study.
The volume of the abstract should be no more than 250 words, the text editor should be MS Word, the font size should be 12 pins, single spacing.

Registration fee:
Offline participation with a report (for citizens of the Russian Federation):
students-750 rubles, other participants-1500 rubles
Online participation with a report (for citizens of the Russian Federation):
students-500 rubles, other participants-1000 rubles
Participation without a report (for citizens of the Russian Federation):
students-350 rubles, other participants-700 rubles
Offline participation with a report (for foreign citizens): 2000 rubles
Online participation with a report (for foreign citizens): 1500 rubles
Participation without a report (for foreign citizens): 1000 rubles

The cost of publications is not included in the registration fee. The materials selected for the HAC journal will be published free, and the cost of the Web of Science publication will be announced later.

The Conference location:
The Conference will be held on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University. The FEFU campus, built in 2012, is considered the best not only in Russia, but also one of the best in the world. It is located on the Pacific Ocean in an ecologically clean area of Russky Island, near Vladivostok.

Vladivostok is a beautiful, dynamically developing city that combines historical and modern architecture, surrounded on three sides by the Sea of Japan, and has absorbed European and Asian culture. Two majestic bridges across Zolotoy Rog and to Russky Island make the views especially spectacular.
